  I really can’t believe this place. Give me this large onion rings. This is super low of This restaurant to serve food like this to a customer very very, very disappointed in BWW in there food quality ( those are the onion rings that were served to me SMFH)

  Ordered thru Uber Eats. Called to get ketchup and mustard included in order. Didn’t receive either one. Can’t eat onion rings with no ketchup and no mustard for burger. BW ordering site gives no option to include ketchup on burger or on the side. Wasted entire meal due to no attention to order.

  Man I leave a review maybe once a year smh. I’m in the service industry as well so that’s another reason…This might be the first time I didn’t leave a tip ever because KELLY WAS HORRIBLE…if you see her at the bar just leave

  I placed an online takeout order at 6:50pm the Dunwoody location on my way home from work. I work in the mall and arrived at 7:24 PM to pick up my order. It was not ready, which I initially understood because the restaurant was busy due to the game. After waiting 15 minutes, my order still wasn’t ready, and there were several other customers also waiting on takeout orders. A manager eventually approached me and asked if I had called and canceled my order. I told him no. He then said someone had canceled an order with all flats and asked what I ordered. After I explained my order, he said it would be right out. Another 15 minutes passed, still no food. I told the cashier I wanted to cancel my order, and she said a manager would have to do that. When the same manager came back, he apologized again and insisted the order would be right out. I asked twice for a refund, and both times he told me to wait because the food was coming. By this point, I had been waiting over an hour. I was exhausted from work and extremely frustrated. I explained that I placed my order online and did not call to cancel it, and the situation was not my fault. When the food finally came out, the manager offered me a gift card. When I got home and called to check it, I was told there was no balance on the card. This entire experience was unacceptable.
