  Terrible Terrible service. Entire staff needs to be fired. I stood and waited for my Togo order for over 20 minutes. I had to flag someone down to even get acknowledged before I got my food. Will never come here again.

  Terrible experience. We waited an hour and a half and they didn’t seat us—or anyone else—despite multiple open tables during the middle of rush. This was on a night with both the UGA game and UFC fights on, so they should have been prepared for a high-volume crowd, but it was clear they weren’t. Once we finally got seated, it took 30 minutes just to get drinks, and we had to ask twice for water after our waitress forgot the first time. I ordered spicy tenders and got regular ones, but after being there for over two hours at this point, I was just ready to eat, so I stuck with it. They were flavorless. They also didn’t include the B-Dubs sauce the menu says comes with it, so I had to ask for that as well. Our server hardly checked on us, and then gave us the check with an hour left in the fights, so we had to go up to the bar just to get more drinks. I’ll be choosing Taco Mac to watch the games and fights next time.

  Extremely terrible service (our server Jayda) not only did we have to walk up to the bar to get our own drinks because our server did not come to our table for an hour we had to ask other servers to please track her down so that we can order. She brought no silverware and obviously refills were out of the question. We waited almost another hour for our check until we finally got another server to get her to bring it and all she did was throw it on the table no apology no thank you for coming or anything. We were there for almost 3 hours and saw our server for a total of maybe 3 times and saw her walk past our table and blatantly ignore us as we try to flag her down. Definitely will not be back.

  Management must not care about the lack of service their employees deliver. The place is a joke, no wonder it’s empty while every other establishment around perimeter mall is packed. Need to hire better people that care about your customers.

  I frequent this place often and the quality of food and customer service at the bar has seriously declined. The bartender, Jada, never greets you, just sits the menu in front of you and she moves like molasses with no sense of urgency. I literally have to wait 20 mins just for her to come around to take my food order—and I have to ask her if I can place a food order bc she doesn’t ask. I came last week and ordered a drink and there was a bug inside. She remade the drink and I let it go. She didn’t even try to comp the drink off my bill and I didn’t ask. Also, her and all of the other bartenders handle dirty customer plates, glassware, cash cards, etc. & don’t wash their hands and then grab the lemon/lime/mint used for drinks with their DIRTY/CONTAMINATED bare hands! Someone should inform them that in Georgia there may be no bare hands contact with ready to eat foods. I went again last night and as I bit into a wing there was a large piece of hair in my mouth! I informed the manager and waited nearly 20 mins for new wings and when they brought them out they didn’t even have to decency to bring the dipping sauce and the wings themselves were poorly sauced. The bartender brought out the bill with the wings still on them and I told her I wasn’t paying for them. I don’t go to places looking to get free food but I honestly feel like it was warranted bc if an employee hair enters MY mouth I should be compensated for it in some way as a basic courtesy. She said her manager (the one with long dreads) refused to take the wings off the bill bc he replaced them and said that she would get him to come talk to me. He never came and eventually she walked over with a new check with the wings removed. I paid for them and she brought the receipt for me to sign with no pen—I guess she knew she didn’t deserve a tip. I asked the bartender for a to go box and she acted like she didn’t hear me. I asked again and she had another female manager bring it to me. We’re all human and make mistakes but to make two serious mistakes on back to back visits, provide terrible customer service, and not want to make it right is ridiculous. Jada, you’re a terrible server & bartender!
