- EEEddieApr 14, 20261.0Pretty HORRIBLE customer service. On 4/14/2026, the gentleman working in the chipotlane had the worst attitude I’ve ever experimentar a chipotle. I showed up to pick up my food exactly when the app instructed me to. When I pulled up the the screen the fine gentelman looked at my wife in the face and said “this order barely got in. Why are you here?” With the worst attitude and slammed the window in our face. Mind you, we were not there early - we were on time and placed the order 15 minutes prior. Pretty rude and disrespectful!

You too them how you want your bowl and they try to find excuses to reclassify what you ordered to charge you For instance, if you ask for your protein on the side, they will designate your ball a veggie bowl add chicken or steak Items are never fresh and they can’t keep up with basic lunch rush You’ll go there because you recognize the brand but you’re better off going to any other Mexican food restaurant, then dealing with rude employees That don’t appreciate your business
