  I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings and had a great experience, largely thanks to my bartender, Raquel. She does really well, super attentive, quick with drinks, and keeps the service up behind the bar. And honestly, this is one of the only places around here where the wings are actually spicy. If you order hot, you will feel it, not watered down like most spots. Food came out hot, service stayed consistent, and the whole experience was on point. Definitely worth sitting at the bar if she is working.

  Yesterday me and my boyfriend attending I was so excited to come because I moved new into the area. The host is downstairs very sweet. I even asked about getting a job because the atmosphere seems so nice. The rude black manager came downstairs talking about nope you can’t sit downstairs nope nope like Even though he was so rude, we still wanted to try the food so we still set upstairs our server honestly was the worse and I’m A server she was rude took 20 mins to greet us then had the audacity to sit at the table with us to take our order!!!!! Like this place has so much potential if the server (blue hair ) had a better attitude, even the other server upstairs with her offered to help us out I blame the manager !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Friday, 7pm, 4/10/26. We sat for 30 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the staff. When we asked the hostess if a server was coming, we were told they were "probably in the back." After waiting another 10 minutes, a departing couple warned us that their service had been terrible as well. As we left, the hostess claimed they were "packed," yet the restaurant was at roughly 15% capacity. Total lack of accountability and service. We left without being served. Went to Taco Mac down the street instead - was instantly served, and the wings were better than my previous experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the past. If I were to send a message to management, it would be as follows: Your workers have this wrong idea that 15% capacity is "packed" on a Friday, which is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe some people called out, and maybe you were short staffed, but honestly the one server I saw seemed to be trying his best, however that particular server could be trained how to better multi-task as he looked very frazzled only serving five tables.

  Got here at 1:32am today and the bartender Bijha said that the bar had last call and send me over to the take out part of the restaurant who also said that the kitchen was “closed”. The manager was nice and allowed me to order food and told her it was okay to pour my drink because the bartender insisted on the bar being closed at 1:30. The manager then also reiterated that the bar closes at 1:30 when that has never been my experience before. Bijha was rude and condescending. I got the food and felt like it was retaliation. The wings were not all flats like requested and the grilled chicken looked like the photo posted below.

  Every time I want to come to BWW, I 1st look at reviews. Why kind of mgmt are you? Why do good people make attempts to eat here and all you do is make excuses in your comments on all the reviews when 80% of the reviews are 1 star. Y'all need to get your heads out of your butts and see the real problems. All the comments about dirty bathrooms and that should tell people how clean your kitchen and employees are. Why don't you close this store and start over with hiring and training your employees. As a matter of fact, whoever answers these reviews should be fired. A sports bar who has one TV ON THE FINAL FOUR? Really? Sacrilegious in my opinion. Fulton Co. should come inspect this place. Maybe they will help you fix problems or close you down.
