  Had lunch with my wife and son. Got double cheeseburger combo. She had BBQ chicken finger sandwich combo. Our son had chicken sandwich combo. All food cooked right and tasted great. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant clean and welcoming. Can place orders at counter or kiosk. Fries were crispy and flavorful. Give it a try. Worked out great!

  Do not come to this Whataburger if you want to wait at the drive thru for more than 10 mins while the employees are chit chatting and laughing.. there’s no more orders and I’m the only one waiting and waiting. This ALWAYS occurs when I come . Today is my last day coming to this one. Snellville location is better and employees are working not chatting . I guess they were not happy of my upset face so they decided to just throw my fries wherever in the bag

  Worse fast food experience of my life. Sunday 3/22 at 4:45pm these employees couldn't get anything correct. Ordered 3 burgers 2 of them came out wrong. Ask to get them corrected 1 still came out wrong. Asked again and everything came back on this burger when we only wanted Ketchup and pickle. Not hard to do. 3rd time ask them to fix it must of became a big joke to them. They "threw in a free burger for the inconvenience" and both were still wrong and one had mustard and pickle. If I'm the owner I'm disappointed in the employees and management on the terruible service and the waste of product. Wasted 4 burgers as a joke. Don't eat here ever

  I am a Texan, and decided to introduce a few of my friends to Whataburger on our drive back from the ATL Airport. This was the worst Whataburger experience of my life if not the worst fast-food experience of my life. All 4 of your potential customers now say they will never return to Whataburger. We arrived to the store at 12:32 AM put an order in relatively quickly after arriving. Ordering was very frustrating due to the employee’s rude demeanor. The employee did not ask what size combo we wanted, and we just assumed it was the standard medium size. I was alarmed when the total was read back as $75, this was due to the large combo and milkshake size being put in. We pulled up to the window and I observed the employee working the drive through making snide comments about customers, following this we were instructed to pull into a parking spot. After waiting almost 30 minutes the employee, Kenni, walked to our car empty handed and needed to confirm our name once again despite us being the only car in the lot. She informed us that we were backing up the entire store with our order, then we asked for ketchup to which she completely ignored us. Finally around 1:20 AM we got our food. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and maddening.

  This was my second time trying Whataburger, but at a different location, so I was curious to see if the experience would be the same. I ordered the original burger combo with fries and decided to try their hibiscus lemonade. The hibiscus lemonade was refreshing, though a bit sweeter than I expected—still really good, especially if you enjoy fruity drinks. One thing I do appreciate about Whataburger is their spicy ketchup. It adds a little extra kick to the fries and gives them that something extra. While waiting in the drive-thru, the wait was longer than normal. Since this location is fairly new, I’m guessing the team is still working through the flow of customer service and timing. That said, the burger itself was tasty. I actually ended up eating in the parking lot before pulling off so I could enjoy it while it was still hot—and it definitely hit the spot. Final thoughts: A solid burger with flavorful extras like the spicy ketchup. Once the drive-thru timing improves, the experience will likely be even better.
