It's very neat, probably because it's a relatively new place.

I frequent this location once a week during my commute, and as someone with professional food safety training, I am appalled by the recurring health code violations here. I carry a probe thermometer for weekend barbecues, and I have consistently found that this Wendy’s serves food at dangerous temperatures. I have clocked their fries at below 100°F, and in one instance, undercooked fries at 60°F—well within the bacterial "Danger Zone." The most disturbing incidents involve blatant violations of Georgia DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04: 1.Re-serving Contaminated Food: I witnessed staff take a returned order from a drive-thru customer and place those same fries directly into my bag. I was handed a bag containing half-eaten fries and a half-eaten chicken nugget from a stranger. This is an extreme biohazard. 2. Illegal Re-heating: I’ve watched staff take cold fries that had already left the building, return them to the kitchen, and drop them back in the fryer for 30 seconds to "warm them up." Once food leaves the store, it is legally considered contaminated and cannot re-enter the kitchen. If these are the health hazards they are comfortable performing in plain sight of the customers, I shudder to think what is happening in the areas of the kitchen we can't see. These aren't just "quality issues"—they are a direct recipe for food poisoning. Between the systemic lack of safety protocols and a staff that is largely unengaged, this location is a public health risk. With all the previous complaints I filed and no changes either corporate doesn't communicate with management or management doesn't care. Honestly the most frustrating part is no matter what I do I cannot get fresh fries. I can ask them hey I don't care how long it takes I'll sit here and wait till the next fresh batch comes out. Take your time. And I'll still get terrible frys. Coming out the fryer they should temp upwards 200° I've never gotten anything close to that. So when they're telling me they'll get me fresh fries or fries with no salt and I wait there for 5 to 10 minutes then go out to my car and test them at 130°, they're just straight up lying to me. And I'm never disrespectful with the The workers. Most of the time I just take the crappy fries and go on my way because it's not worth it but after so many weeks it's like why has it become impossible to even get half decent fries.

The service is great and the speed of service is great but the burgers are always uncooked. Literally everytime the meat is pink so I’d rather eat only the chicken from this point on

I had an emergency so I had to step out of line when I got back in line to pay for my order and to apologize. The Hispanic lady had an attitude because she messed up and did not read the order to the person behind me and charged that person for my order because she isn’t doing her job correctly. How can you be mad at me because you charged somebody else for my order, how about read the order to them before taking the money!? Train your people better. I went to chick fil an instead. I was greeted with a better attitude.
