  I visited this Wendy’s on Friday, April 3rd around 11:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. While placing my order at the drive-through intercom, I asked for a large #2 Baconator combo and was about to add a 4-piece chicken tender when I heard a male employee yell “GODDAMN!” in the background while The female employee was still taking my order. Based on the timing, it felt like the comment may have been directed at my order, as if the employee was annoyed that I was adding more items late at night. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed a bald male employee behind the cashier, and I assume he may have been the one who made the remark. I do want to note that the female employee at the drive-through window was polite, professional, and did a great job assisting me. However, the overall situation—especially hearing that kind of reaction within earshot—came across as unprofessional. I understand that late-night shifts can be stressful, but maintaining professionalism when interacting with customers is important.

  I ordered 10 nuggets and was told by the bald black dude that they don't offer a 10 piece. I ordered online via the website and got two orders of 10 nuggets. Delicious, but customers shouldn't be getting randomly lied to. Had fun?

  A worker in the drive through threaten to deport me. “I’ll call trump on you” is what he said verbatim. Terrible service and this store needs to be reported immediately.

  Every thing was good til that little lightskin girl threw me my food and smacked the window on me, if it was someone else they would’ve smacked the green out her eyes. Y’all need to train her again especially on customer service she’s not gonna get anywhere in life with that attitude
