  It’s sad that it’s now an expectation that this location is 100% going to get your order wrong. I placed the order at the kiosk, verified the order, asked the cashier before I paid that she saw the modification… $50 later ORDER WRONG!!! It’s so aggravating that you can’t just order take out and it be correct after paying for it.

  Slowest Taco Bell restaurant. 30 minutes and food is still not ready. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

  The ai assistant could not get my order right after 3 attempts and then wasted my time asking me to add things to my order I didnt want

  We are currently in the drive-thru line, and the Taco Bell employee says they are only fulfilling online and delivery orders—what a bummer! Apparently, it's because they are short-staffed. Poor performance from the Taco Bell at Pleasant Hill in Duluth, GA. Mar. 15, 2026 9:39pm😒😒 👎🏻

  Look I love some of the employees here and I’ve waited an hour in line before for my food, I love Taco Bell. I ALWAYS tip at the window, too. Yesterday I came at 3:20am and was told they were closed. Okay, cool. My coworker came eight minutes later and they served them. Whatever. Today I went at 1:30am and they told me they were only taking DoorDash or UberEats orders. I was like??? Huh?? I don't know if these employees are new or what, but that’s crazy. Clearly they do not care at all. OH, and three people were working. So they had to means to make the food. They’re just there to milk the clock it seems. Shameful, really.
