  The woman working there is neither pleasant nor polite. I placed an order, and an hour later I called to find out what had happened with it—as it didn't even look like it had left the store yet. The woman replied that she was very busy and hung up on me. I went to the store, and she didn't want to serve me; when she finally did, she did so very grudgingly. She is extremely rude. This happened during the night shift.

  They have been killing it for our pizza night, on time good food. I really appreciate all they do.

  Dear Papa John’s Duluth, GA, this is the third time my stuffed crust has been so huge it looks like the pizza is wearing a flotation device. I ordered stuffed crust, not a giant bread donut with a little pizza in the middle. Please keep the crust normal sized so the pizza doesn’t disappear. We want pizza… not bread.

  I gotta say, i’ve been going here a lot. I’ve never had a bad pizza. Maybe one or two that are okay. but never bad enough to complain. The only thing I would criticize is lack of support for the employees. Every time I order or pick up they seem overwhelmed with orders. As if they don’t have enough people on crew or don’t have enough resources to get the job done. But somehow despite those set backs i’m always satisfied. I hope their work experiences get better.
