  Went with my family and the staff were disrespectful, it took 45 mins just to get my food, but still tasty

  This location is bullshit. 2 times in a row I have checked online and it shows it is open 24 hours so I place a mobile order to pick up at counter and when I arrive all the doors are locked and I have no way to get inside. There is no sign anywhere that says they are closed or why and there's no dining hours listed. And on the app it says the only thing closed is curbside which means it gives the option to do counter orders. Seems like theft to me if I ever seen it. They need to either out it on the app that counter orders are unavailable after a certain time or put up some signage stating that so customers are not wasting time and money on people who don't care enough to make it convenient to even order food. 0/10

  I literally just left this McDonalds not 20 minutes ago. 2:48p Sunday afternoon. I ordered a large arc Meal. I asked for no onions light lettuce. What I NEVER asked for was for the paper that the burger patties comes on to be not ONLY cooked onto my food. But to have it served to me. Imagine taking a bite of this supposedly terrific sandwich only to start VOMITING once you notice that your teeth ripped through PAPER!!! The vile thoughts that rushed to the forefront of my mind!!!! JESUS then to have NO ONE NOT ONE person THINK to even apologize NOTHING NEVER AGAIN

  Jean Legnon was the best drive-through experience I’ve ever had in my life. What a wonderful person if you were reading this and you work for management at McDonald’s this guy needs to get promoted because he knows how to handle people and he is so respectful I swear to God if you don’t want this guy, I’m gonna put a protest for this location What such a sincere person to work at this establishment where people do not care about who they meet in the drive-through this gentleman goes such a great experience for those that come by thank you
