- CCCuzNov 15, 20251.0After reading all these reviews I don't feel bad leaving mine because apparently they can't get it right at this wendy's I order the chicken sandwich brought it back up and told them that it was dry could we get another one 5 minutes later we get the same chicken just refried I spoke with whoever the so-called manager on duty explain to them about this chicken being dried twice then they wanted to make me a brand new fresh chicken when they should have done that the first time we brought it up this place will close down again if they keep this up the owner needs to tighten up on this location

You already have A.I taking the orders but to pull around and have the window worker not understanding English is frustrating! Then you can't use your rewards because the scanner is broken like how? The restaurant just opened! Fix it! The food was okay the bread on my burger was kinda hard. I was really happy to see a Wendy's closer but now I'm just disappointed!

They took my fries back through the window and disappeared for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. When they came back, I was handed a box with very browned fries. They refried my own fries. Absolutely terrible. Crunchy and dry. Wendy's, is this really your standard now?
