I am happy to say that by the time that I arrived at the window, the manager (Chay) had resolved the issue. His exact words were that he wants to keep his customers happy so that they keep coming back! ( Hallelujah) Finally a manager that gives a damn about his job and is willing and able to provide excellent customer service. A big shout out to Chay for making a difference. I also notice that the food was fresher than normal. Hot fries!!! I have faith that Chay is going to continue to make a positive impact on this Wendy’s location. I feel like his positive attitude will trickle down to all of the employees and will improve morale! Shout out to Chay!
