    Leaving a one star rating because I cannot give a zero. This is the worst place. They took forever and they are very rude. Don’t come here if you don’t want to have your food ruined by some stupid people that doesn’t want to work.

    I received a terrible service! I went to the Pleasant Hill Road location last night and it took forever to get my order. They used to give a faster and better service before, but now the service has gone downhill. The crunchy taco that I got it barely had meat or cheese on it. Also, the young woman employee that was handing the orders was giving free food coupons to some customers in compensation for the long wait, but she did not give me any. I'm so disappointed! 😡 👎

    How is it that there are 4 people on the line building tacos, but the online order i placed, isn't ready and it 13 minutes past the "ready by" time? The person who appears to be the manager is standing over their shoulder telling them what to do. Honestly, when you are in the weeds, move the slow ppl to the side and bust it out. They can also train while watching.

    I made a mobile order around midnight, and after waiting in line for almost an HOUR- ordered everything shown here but instead got 4 doritos loco tacos, 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 quesarito, and 2 literal cheese roll ups instead of my 2 gordita crunches and 2 beefy burritos. I spent like double the money, and half the items. might dispute this with my bank at this point.

    Been in the drive thru over 30 minutes waiting on orders and I’m watching the person who is making the orders take cash payments using the same gloves he is making the food with. Horrible service and nasty food safety practices. I will be calling the department of health to run those cameras back.
