It's not awful, the food is decent, it's just the extreme apathy of the employees. It is like this at most Panera locations. Corporate obviously doesn't care, and almost guaranteed they won't respond to this. Ok in a pinch, otherwise, keep moving.

Surprising that Corp Panera ships different soups to different restaurants. Guess we need to call and check on which soup they got that day before going there.
