I am mostly satisfied with this location except for two critical issues: 1. When ordering soup & sandwich, they prepare the soup way ahead of time that you will get cold soup by the time you get your order. 2. They run out of ingredients too often. How can you not have baguette at 11:30AM?

The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE!!! EVERY TIME I go there they have run out of every dang bread possible!!! I've gotten soup for my lady probably 10 times when they didn't have bread. Shut, once we went through 4 different options to find something suitable to go with it. Then tonight they have NO ASIAGO BAGELS TO MAKE THE SANDWICHES! I drove 20 miles specifically out of my way during traffic and NONE!! HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF YOUR NEW SANDWICH BREAD AT 5 O'CLOCK!?!?!? They suck and I will NEVER go there again!!!

I placed a scheduled pickup order and picked up the bag labeled with my name. When I reached my car, I noticed the bag was unusually light and found that roughly half of my order was missing. I returned inside to reconfirm my order. After speaking with the employee who prepared the order, I was accused of stealing items and implied to be seeking free food, rather than the order being verified against the receipt. The items were remade, but they were incorrect and did not match the original order. This was handled in an unprofessional manner and was never properly resolved. I will never be returning to this location. Worst experience ever.
