    This location has improved the last few years. Previously they would always get my order wrong. Now when I order on the app & don't really have to talk to anyone, my orders are made correctly. I really wish they would cook the french fries longer so they are crispy and not soggy.

    I ordered food thru the app and when I pulled up to the drive thru the employees wouldn't respond. So I pulled around and could clearly see them but again I was ignored. So be careful ordering thru the app early in the morning because you'll be charged and then the employees won't even acknowledge you.

    Our children's favorite place, hands down! ​We live near Duluth City Hall and have been residents of this neighborhood for 17 years. This location consistently makes the food the best, and the entire McDonald's crew here is hardworking and incredibly kind. ​They have a warmth that I don't feel at other McDonald's locations. That's why I make sure to come all the way here to eat, even if I'm far away for errands. ​I am particularly touched every time the manager calls out my name correctly when I place an online order—it happened again today! When they call out my name, I truly feel the crew's sincerity toward their customers. Thank you, as always, for your excellent service!

    Most expensive McDonald's in the area. Extra value meals returned at $8 for big Mac meals. This store wasted no time raising price to $9.19. that's significantly higher than all other McDonald's in the area.
