The problem with that is the kiosk doesn't allow you to do things the employees could do if they were ringing up your food, like add Big Mac sauce to a double quarter pounder. After we got our food my husband tried asking the manager and other employee that was working at the front for some Mac sauce. He tried explaining to them that the kiosk wouldn't let him add it on the burger. Except their English didn't seem very good and they didn't seem to know what he was talking about so my husband just said forget it. We also got 2 Oreo McFluries and it was just vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos on top. It wasn't mixed up at all.

Now when I order on the app & don't really have to talk to anyone, my orders are made correctly. I really wish they would cook the french fries longer so they are crispy and not soggy.

So I pulled around and could clearly see them but again I was ignored. So be careful ordering thru the app early in the morning because you'll be charged and then the employees won't even acknowledge you.
