For all the $ paid for what some consider a major step up from the other burger chains, they ruined our order. I had one person waiting for a burger while everyone else was eating and not real sense of urgency at the grill to make it right. A very unimpressive visit. Over $80 for 4 burgers some fries and maybe 4 drinks. Really a joke and a hard pass going forward. Normally I photograph the food but really nothing special here. The only positive were the new Coke machines with the 100 or so options to drink

The order was spot-on, the food was hot and fresh, and she made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Customer service like that actually makes a difference—she’s a real asset to this location. I’ll definitely be back.

As a loyal customer for 12 years, I can say that his attitude and the declining quality of food are driving away dedicated patrons and harming your business. It’s important to recognize that this isn’t the first complaint about his dismissive attitude and lack of effort to resolve issues. If you care about retaining your customers, consider addressing this situation. It's crucial that staff reflect the values of your establishment, and unfortunately, he is not setting a positive example. He talks a lot and isn’t very respectful of the customers dining who have no choice but to hear his boisterous spewing . Not a very good example for new staff in today .
