The bagels delivered were completely dry with barely any cream cheese, leaving me no choice but to throw them away. When you pay for a specific item, you expect to receive what you ordered . . . not something incorrect or poorly prepared. I even called the store right after submitting my ordert to ensure the order was prepared correctly, and later had to call again when the food arrived. During that call, I was speaking with a "manager" named Kira about my frustrations when a male voice suddenly interrupted WITHOUT introduction or explanation. This was extremely unprofessional as I was clearly speaking with a female and not a male, and my concerns were dismissed and the call abruptly ended. It is unacceptable for managers to escalate frustration rather than resolve it. Both individuals identified themselves as managers (Lenny and Kira) but neither handled the situation appropriately. No resolution was offered, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

What kind of manager screams at people, especially in front of customers? I have to hand it to the ladies behind the counter, they kept their heads down and worked hard. I would have quit on the spot. No amount of money is worth that kind of abuse. The staff that work here need raises and an apology. Management needs replacing and a possibly an anger management class or two.
