When items are forgotten, there’s rarely an apology, even when you have to go back to retrieve them, which is especially frustrating through the drive-thru. Drinks are made differently almost every visit, toppings or add-ons are often missing (even when they’re supposed to come by default), and orders don’t always match what was placed. This especially sucks because I’ve been a regular at this location in the mornings for almost two years, and it had never been an issue before. Unfortunately, the last two months have consistently left me feeling frustrated every time I leave. I’m not one to leave negative reviews because I understand everyone can have off days, especially early in the morning. However, after giving this location SEVERAL chances, it’s disappointing to keep encountering the same issues, (which is worth noting that it’s almost always the same employee working when these issues occur). Be prepared that your order will not be made correctly if you order from here.
