- GGGREGORYOct 25, 20251.0First and last time visiting this location! As a frequent visitor of Chipotle, I have never had to wait as the line was being restocked with food. Then after having to wait a staff member who by the way he was dressed was either the manager or the franchise owner, was helping on the line and switching out the old containers holding the food with a new one and as he was doing that dripped water that keeps the containers warm onto my bowl and tried to act like he didn’t see it! This was beyond disgusting and disappointing! The Chipotle I usually frequent I have never had an issue with and especially a sanitation issue. After letting him know I saw it, he reluctantly gave me a new bowl. I do not recommend this location and I will never go back!
- JCJuan COct 7, 20251.0The Hispanic manager at this place is unbelievable. I work at a doctors office nearby and went to pick up my order as well as 2 other coworkers. Therefore I was walking to and from the pickup rack to my vehicle and he was looking at me as if I was stealing. He would not keep his eyes off me. I then proceeded to ask for a side of sour cream in which they have never charged me for at any other location and he said it was $3.45. Even on the app you are able to add for free. His whole attitude and demeanor was so nasty. Not to mention the portion size on our food also. That’s a whole other story. They barely put any food on there. Such a waste of money.
