Employees were serving soapy beans.... you could literally see the rainbow colored shiny bubbles all over the black beans.... what was amazing is that other customers didn't notice and the employee didn't seem to care.

The worst Chipotle location so far! We came around 8pm to pick up our online orders. No one was in the ordering line and they still don’t have our order ready. Mind you we ordered this 25 minutes prior to arriving. Additionally, the food here is so low in quality with stale chips and extremely chewy carne asada. rice was mushy and the counter looked like it’s never been cleaned before. I’ve tried to give this location one too many chances. Never again.

The worst place to get good - rice not cooked. I have to separate the rice from food after coming home - meaning throwing away the entire bowl. No black beans at 7pm. Service is worst…

First and last time visiting this location! As a frequent visitor of Chipotle, I have never had to wait as the line was being restocked with food. Then after having to wait a staff member who by the way he was dressed was either the manager or the franchise owner, was helping on the line and switching out the old containers holding the food with a new one and as he was doing that dripped water that keeps the containers warm onto my bowl and tried to act like he didn’t see it! This was beyond disgusting and disappointing! The Chipotle I usually frequent I have never had an issue with and especially a sanitation issue. After letting him know I saw it, he reluctantly gave me a new bowl. I do not recommend this location and I will never go back!

The Hispanic manager at this place is unbelievable. I work at a doctors office nearby and went to pick up my order as well as 2 other coworkers. Therefore I was walking to and from the pickup rack to my vehicle and he was looking at me as if I was stealing. He would not keep his eyes off me. I then proceeded to ask for a side of sour cream in which they have never charged me for at any other location and he said it was $3.45. Even on the app you are able to add for free. His whole attitude and demeanor was so nasty. Not to mention the portion size on our food also. That’s a whole other story. They barely put any food on there. Such a waste of money.
