  The WORST chipotle of my life. They didn’t have food ready to choose from such as the steak and white rice. When asked about when they’ll be ready we were shrugged off “uh 15-20 min” with rolled eyes.. We just proceeded with other options since we were in line already. HERE IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG. THE RICE WE GOT WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL!! Appalled, we went to them and asked to see what our options were. Turns out the rude girl telling us that they had no white rice and steak was the manager! Not professional and obviously was not doing her job “managing” the institution. We didn’t hear a single sorry throughout this stressful experience. Instead she was rolling her eyes the entire time. Also, there were about 5 other employees I could sight leaving absolutely no excuses for why the foods weren’t prepared. Love chipotle but this location?? Never again.

  Order showed up without the chicken al pastor. Had to go to the store to get it rectified. More attention to detail please.

  Ordered chicken bowl for delivery through uber eats. Arrived on time. Uber driver did her job however the restaurant failed to put chicken on a chicken bowl. Mistake or just incompetence you decide.

  It was a very busy weekend, and only two staff members were working. Therefore, service was extremely slow. What bothered me more was the hygiene. While preparing food, the staff continued using the same gloves after touching the POS machine and bags. Seeing the same gloves used repeatedly for food handling felt very unsanitary. I understand being busy, but cleanliness should never be compromised. I’m leaving this review because food hygiene is a serious concern, and I hope this will be taken seriously.
