  CARRABBA’S Italian Grill ,the food was amazing today . Chloe ,Our waitress was absolutely hands down good and knew her stuff !! Again great job to Chloe🤩

  Had it NOT been for our awesome server, Misty & the fact that the food was actually good, my review would be far less. We arrived for a graduation dinner. Called a week prior to make “reservations,” even call ahead at the graduation to secure said “reservation” for our large group of 10. We were assured all was well & we would be accommodated upon arrival. We arrived before reserved time & was told it’ll be a short 20 min wait as other parties were there after the same graduation. We immediately mentioned the reservation & call ahead & was told “we don’t accept reservations.” I’m sorry, WHAT?! We ended up waiting over an hour with 5 small children! If we couldn’t be accommodated accordingly after having called twice, someone should’ve advised that before hand. The manager was reluctant at first, staff claiming a continued wait for servers to come in. Like how are we just supposed to sit here & wait for someone to clock in when you literally have a full staff on duty & most of them walking around aimlessly. The restaurant wasn’t packed or full at all, but was more filled with aggravated, waiting families & none of us could understand how or why we weren’t being seated. SMH The amazing bartender, Misty agreed to serve our group & was the only way we were seated after having a 3rd complaint within that hour. Once we were sat, the food came out quickly, it was fresh & good. The manager ended up comping our appetizers which was very nice, considering—and Misty was very patient & attentive. Thank you so much for turning around what started as a sour experience, bc of you, it ended sweet. And yes, we compensated her well for our service. It’s a tough time right now for a lot of people, and I am a firm believer in tipping well for outstanding service. Misty deserves every dime received. She’s a great spirit, has a fun personality & is detail oriented in her craft. Thank you, again, Misty! 💕

  We had a wonderful experience. We came for my son's birthday, and we had the pleasure of getting Cassidy as our server. She was attentive and kind and all around pleasant. The food was excellent, and we all are our fill and then some. Coming to Carrabba's we always expect a good time with good food, but Cassidy really made it a special night.

  I absolutely love & enjoy Carrabba's. Its a place where my girls and I have gathered for years for Dinner & drinks. Always an amazing time. The food & drinks delicious as always..

  I want to thank Chloe and the cooks at Carrabba's Duluth for making my dine in experience so wonderful. The cooks at this location never cease to amaze me. I normally get takeout from this location which is outstanding. But yesterday I chose to dine in. Chole made my entire experience well worth it. She helped me to understand the 10.00 take home special which is a great deal. Chloe went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with both meals (dine in and take home) Chloe showed enthusiasm with focus during a busy night. I didn't know what I was missing until yesterday. The dine in experience really opened my eyes to this Duluth location staff exceptional service. I really hope that Chloe and all the cooks are provided with monetary awards. Please value this staff. Before this location I completely stopped going to Carrabba's for over a decade. But the past 2 years this location have been top notch. Thank you
