  Ordered my sandwich and hash brown in the app as I waited outside. When I went inside the restaurant was extremely dirty behind the counter. Opened containers, trash, and a dirty rag sitting close to the food. A gentleman took out the trash and then went to make drinks with no gloves. When i received my food the breakfast sandwich was cold and the hash brown was missing. They offered to remake the food but i declined due to the uncleanliness of the food prep area. My total was 12.38 and i received back 12.35.

  I had a really great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and my order came out quickly. The bagels were fresh, warm, and perfectly prepared—exactly what you want when you stop in for breakfast. What stood out the most was the manager. They were professional, attentive, and clearly making sure everything was running smoothly. It’s always nice to see leadership that supports the team and cares about the customer experience. That positive energy definitely shows in how the staff interacts with customers. Overall, great service, fresh food, and a well-managed location. If you’re in the Duluth area and want a reliable place for a good bagel and friendly service, this spot is definitely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥯✨
