  Customer service has gone downhill. They forgot an item from my order, and instead of fixing it professionally, I was met with a rude ‘what do you want?’ while waiting.

  Rude employees, if you ask for less ice they’ll put in even more than the standard ice level would be. Save your money go to another dunkin.

  So today I visited this store and when I came in, I had my Service dog in hand carrying him with me. They saw me coming in with him and they saw me place an order, gave me the order and while I received my first order, I stand up and make a second order and I was picking up my second order, I sat down and I was eating with my wife then a gentleman behind the counter yelled at me, (he didn’t even approach to the table) all he did was yell that the dog wasn’t allowed inside. I asked him why and he said it was Dunkin’ Donuts policy and I told him twice about three times that my dog was a service dog. He had the vest on him where it says he is a Service dog on both sides. They saw me carry him inside, but when I finish ordering and when I grab my stuff, the guy came in. He start telling me from behind the counter like I said because he didn’t even bother to come to the table and he told me the Dunkin’ Donuts policy was that they’re not allowed any dogs in there in their facilities, even if they’re service dogs he didn’t bother to ask me for any papers for the dog. He didn’t even bother to ask Me for his ID, which he has, he asked me to leave the premises Because I had a dog and they didn’t like it, overall, I feel like the treatment they are received at the store was very minimal. They never bothered to address the issue that you said they didn’t want the dog inside and I leave the premises right away. I will not come back there because according to their facilities policy, they don’t allow any dog inside the store. If you are a dog lover I will not recommend this place

  My friend got me coffee from here and we are so sick from it! Once I took a sip of the coffee, I knew that there was something not right. I did not finish it and I only had a small espresso. There needs to be some quality checks as I am consistently nauseous since yesterday and having to use the bathroom repeatedly. I never had this problem from any Dunkin, but this made me not want to go to them anymore.

  I stopped here yesterday for coffee before class, and my classmate and I have been sick ever since. We’ve been experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and horrible stomach cramps. I suspect there might be spoiled milk or something similar. Please avoid this location.
