  Was I just on an episode of What Would You Do? I never left Chipotle feeling confused but today I did. I thought two employees were joking around with each other while making my burrito, but it soon got uncomfortable and felt more like bullying. All the comments made were unnecessary if it came from a place to put someone else down.

  Trabajo en la zona como delivery y este es el peor restaurante para tomar una orden la atención de los empleados con los drivers es súper mala !!! Trato de no tomar órdenes de este restaurante por que pierdes tiempo y eso es dinero para los driver

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl with half chicken and half steak, which is clearly offered as a standard option (and even shown in the app as being priced like a steak bowl). Instead, my order was incorrectly entered as a steak bowl with extra chicken, and I was charged $17.52. When I politely asked the cashier to explain the price, she immediately dismissed my concern and refused to acknowledge the mistake. Rather than listening or trying to help, she insisted that what I was describing wasn’t valid. There was no effort to clarify, fix the order, or even have a respectful conversation. It got worse when my mom tried to ask about the same issue—she was completely ignored and brushed off with an unrelated response, as if our concern didn’t matter at all. This wasn’t just a simple misunderstanding—it was a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. The issue could have been resolved in seconds if the employee had been willing to listen and communicate properly. To make things more frustrating, I later checked the app and confirmed that ordering half chicken and half steak for the price of a steak bowl is absolutely an available option. That makes the refusal to even consider the possibility even more unacceptable. Overall, this experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely avoidable. I expect much better customer service and basic accountability from a place like Chipotle. The individual has pinkish red hair.

  They were out of steak during lunch rush. They had maybe 2 ounces or less and he put that on my burrito bowl and I asked him to put a little chicken on there and he said it was double protein. and they gave the smallest amount of guacamole but they put plenty of rice. My bowl was 75% rice. When I brought it up, they just said that this is proper portions. I just walked away.

  I stopped by today and was shocked to see how 1 man was holding the fort down by himself!! The employee serving me was doing his best and asked his teammate, “Junior”, for assistance with preparing more steak. Unfortunately, Junior responded rudely, refused to make more steak, and walked out of the kitchen. Shortly after, when I was asked if I wanted rice, they had run out. The employee at the front repeatedly called out to Junior for help, saying “Junior, please I need rice,” but received no response after shouting for help multiple times. Instead, he had to step away and handle it himself while continuing to assist me at the front. It was clear that the front employee was doing everything he could to manage both roles at once, and he truly deserves recognition for his effort and professionalism. On the other hand, Junior showed a lack of teamwork, accountability, and respect for both his colleague and the company. I hope Chipotle sees the great efforts of this gentleman taking care of both roles and gets the recognition he deserves. THANKS SIR 10 stars for u! ( the man had curly hair ). And I hope also chipotle sees the awful behavior of Junior and reconsiders even having him on the team. He clearly does not even want to be there and he made it clear to his team and the costumers!
