  Who ever the manager of this location is needs to be fired immediately. This location is consistently bad, always out of food. at 7:30 - 8:30. I know if i decide to eat here which gets rarer these days. They are always out of somnething. No queso, no corn, no rice. It was no queso/ no chips/ no steak tonight. Queso was sitting in the bag on the counter. 1 of the 6 employees on shift couldn't take the 5 minutes to prepare it.

  Great food, but the service culture here is strange. I come every week since I work around here . However, it feels like customers have to beg for the server's acknowledgment to get a fair portion for veggies.I'm a paying customer, and I shouldn't have to work this hard just to place an order. I’d prefer a professional transaction over the forced 'eye contact' games. I didn’t like the server being mean and staring at me while I’m eating!!!!!!!!!!!!

  apparently the day line workers though I got too much food on my bowl. It was almost $16! My mistake I came here before I should have known better I’ll go to another chipotle next time

  The WORST chipotle of my life. They didn’t have food ready to choose from such as the steak and white rice. When asked about when they’ll be ready we were shrugged off “uh 15-20 min” with rolled eyes.. We just proceeded with other options since we were in line already. HERE IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG. THE RICE WE GOT WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL!! Appalled, we went to them and asked to see what our options were. Turns out the rude girl telling us that they had no white rice and steak was the manager! Not professional and obviously was not doing her job “managing” the institution. We didn’t hear a single sorry throughout this stressful experience. Instead she was rolling her eyes the entire time. Also, there were about 5 other employees I could sight leaving absolutely no excuses for why the foods weren’t prepared. Love chipotle but this location?? Never again.
