  I had such a great experience at CAVA, and I just have to shout out Meredith! She was seriously amazing super friendly, patient, and made the whole ordering process so easy. She had great recommendations and you can tell she actually cares about customers having a good experience. The energy she brought made my day a little better, which you don’t always get at places like this.

  Really good experience at Cava! Everything was clean and put together. One of the staff (maybe the manager?) was super friendly and quick, kept things moving and neat. Made it an easy visit!

  I'm waiting 20 minutes for my pickup order before someone else walks in and goes straight to the counter. They ask for their food and get it. Why have an online order pickup area if you don't put the food out?? I made eye contact with several employees and no one asked if I was waiting either. It's also of note that the doesn't work in this place so it was hotter inside than out.

  3/17 I’ve been to this location before and usually don’t have any issues, but today was disappointing. They had run out of pita chips, which I understood, so I asked for a refund. However, instead of handling it in-store, the manager told me I had to go through customer support, which didn’t make much sense and was really inconvenient. On top of that, the response I received felt rude and unhelpful. And I had to realize i didn’t have the chips for them to tell me they were out. If something is out take the option off online orders.

  I enjoy the food at CAVA on Duluth-Suwanee Rd / Peachtree Industrial, and when my bowl is prepared properly it’s very good. However, this location appears to have a recurring issue with portion consistency. During multiple visits, I’ve noticed that the portions for items like super greens, rice, and protein are significantly smaller than what I’ve received at other CAVA locations. The scoops used are already small, but in some cases the ingredients are given in such minimal amounts that the bowl looks barely filled. Considering the average bowl is $15 or more, customers reasonably expect a fair and consistent portion. During my most recent visit, the employee preparing my bowl became frustrated when I asked for more super greens after receiving a very small portion. She stated that adding more would be an additional charge and that she had already given the correct amount. As the conversation continued, her manager walked over and I explained that the bowl was barely filled and I didn’t feel comfortable paying for it as it was. The manager then instructed her to add more greens, but she appeared upset, placed the bowl down on the prep table, and walked away. The manager ultimately finished preparing the bowl himself. I appreciate that the manager stepped in to resolve the situation, but the interaction itself felt unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it appears that several customers have had similar concerns about very small portions at this location. The food quality is good, which is why I continue to come back, but more consistency with portions and a better approach to customer concerns would greatly improve the experience.
