  Waited 10 minutes for fresh Bo rounds and they still came out cold. Asked for grape jelly 3 times before I was asked to pull into the parking spot since I asked for my Bo rounds to be made fresh. Was told it would be in the bag and it wasn’t.

  Absolutely ridiculous. First- the automated person at the drive thru is ridiculous. Completely got my order wrong so I had to address it with the guy at the drive thru who had an attitude. Then my total for a 2 piece meal is over $15?!?!?? I could’ve gotten an entire wing meal for less than that. And then the chicken wing was raw. Barely any cole slaw. Just ridiculous. Popeyes will keep my business from now on.

  I'm not sure what has happened, but this location was my go to because the service and smiles were the best. Now, I have been inside to order on two different occasions and noone ever came to the register. They seem to make sure they have the drive thru running smoothly, but as the employees are running back and forth to take food out to cars, noone even acknowledges that we are in line. This second visit, I didn't even get an opportunity to order and had to leave.

  The guy at the window was very professional and enthusiastic. The Bo rounds were fresh out the grease. The bacon egg and cheese horrible! The biscuit fell completely apart and the bacon and cheese was old! And it’s not even 11:am
