  Waited in line for over 30 minutes for my food. They had me pull forward to the 3rd window. They forgot about me, didn't know what I ordered. After repeating it to 3 different people they still got it wrong.

  I just bought a burger at McDonald’s and I am extremely dissatisfied. I am genuinely upset about the quality of the food. The bun was dry and hard, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The burger itself looked stale, the meat was overcooked and dry, and the taste was unpleasant. The pickles tasted as if they were spoiled, with a bad aftertaste. The sauce was also very different from usual — the ketchup was extremely sour, which completely ruined the taste. I don’t understand how this kind of food can be sold. Is this really acceptable in the United States? At the same time, I want to point out that I’ve eaten at your restaurants before, and it was always completely different: fresh, soft buns, juicy and well-cooked patties, and great sauce — food that makes you want more. What I received this time was disgusting. It was impossible to eat — I literally had to spit it out. This does not meet the quality standards you claim. Please pay attention to this issue and improve your freshness and quality control

  Register malfunction I waited 10 minutes as I watched the manager walk by multiples times ignoring the register employee who was asking for assistance. The employee at the counter was very courteous. Eventually I just left. Waste of my time.

  Food at McDonald's just isn't worth a crap anymore! It was almost 3 pm when I went thru the drive thru and still had to wait on my food!
