  Me and my man are a regular here. Typically don't have issues, but tonight really really did. Order an ultimate meat and cheese burrito. It's my favorite being the fact its scrambled eggs, and me having a major gag reflex to curtain foods especially eggs this burrito I can eat. Not to mention the hash browns. We'll tonight they gave me a shitty burrito, the eggs arent scrambled there are no hash browns. I'm not one to leave comments but this this really got to me. Im pregnant I have strep and a cold and all I wanted was food I could count on being good. None of that was meet. I get being busy I've worked fast food, I was even a manager but being lazy about people's food is not acceptable on any level.

  Everytime I come I order my food a certain way for dietary reasons and they NEVER follow how I have it customized. I get the Ultimate burrito without the bacon and I get my brother one with bacon. We go through the bag and check both to make sure which is which and everytime they put bacon on both this time the bacon was wrapped all in the eggs where you couldn’t see it good. Please do better at following people’s orders and save time for everyone. Everytime we come here they always mess up our orders even if we order other items. It would be one thing if it didn’t happen often, but this is EVERY SINGLE TIME we come.

  Sonic is and was a staple place to drive up with your family and eat from your car. It has started on a path of decline with several of its order machines down or out of service forcing a hunt to order. The staff changes very frequent with a meaning of poor mgmt or poor choices in employees. Food does not totally show suffering as is still the same.

  I ordered 2 shakes that took 15 minutes!!! Then when I asked what was taking so long the girl was so rude and had an attitude! Worse service that I ever had!!!
