I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and 2 extra dipping sauces through the app. About 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, the app suddenly showed that only the dipping sauces were ordered. I called the store, and they told me the issue was fixed and that everything would be ready on time. When I arrived at 5:15—my scheduled pickup time—I paid for my order, only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be “a few minutes.” I ended up waiting about 20 minutes before they told me they couldn’t even find my order and needed another 10 minutes. When I returned after those 10 minutes, they said the order was “stuck on the line” and would take another 15 minutes. By the time I finally received my food, I had been waiting for over an hour. The entire process was extremely unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I definitely will not be returning.

My wife ordered the food online when we were about 20 minutes out, so it was hot and ready when we got there. We were hungry when we got there, and not hungry when we left, and the cost wasn't unreasonable. The service was fantastic, because it was my wife handing me a slice of pizza on a paper towel, and there isn't a restaurant in the world with better service than that.
