    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and 2 extra dipping sauces through the app. About 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, the app suddenly showed that only the dipping sauces were ordered. I called the store, and they told me the issue was fixed and that everything would be ready on time. When I arrived at 5:15—my scheduled pickup time—I paid for my order, only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be “a few minutes.” I ended up waiting about 20 minutes before they told me they couldn’t even find my order and needed another 10 minutes. When I returned after those 10 minutes, they said the order was “stuck on the line” and would take another 15 minutes. By the time I finally received my food, I had been waiting for over an hour. The entire process was extremely unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I definitely will not be returning.
