For that price, I expect at least a basic, properly made cappuccino. I don’t go to this chain often, but I’ve had a cappuccino at another Dunkin’ location in Trinidad, Colorado, and it was actually really good. That’s why I stopped here, expecting something similar. The difference in quality was noticeable. I don’t mind paying for coffee if it’s done right. What’s frustrating is the lack of consistency and quality control between locations. It also feels awkward being asked to tip when the product itself doesn’t meet expectations. Hopefully this location can improve consistency and pay more attention to drink quality, because that’s what makes customers come back.

He was trying to get one or more associates attention. He was mostly ignored and motioned to go to the drive thru. My husband then walks to the drive thru and continues to get attitude from one or more employees. They then said their lobby was just trashed by previous customers. The lobby was in adequate shape upon our arrival at about 8:15 pm. Poor service and attitudes. The lobby should not have been closed, and the customer service needs improvement. We won’t come back for a long time.
