He was trying to get one or more associates attention. He was mostly ignored and motioned to go to the drive thru. My husband then walks to the drive thru and continues to get attitude from one or more employees. They then said their lobby was just trashed by previous customers. The lobby was in adequate shape upon our arrival at about 8:15 pm. Poor service and attitudes. The lobby should not have been closed, and the customer service needs improvement. We won’t come back for a long time.

I asked for it to get fixed and the woman behind the counter with 2 nose piercings was super rude and wouldn’t fix it. Have never been treated like this at a Dunkin’ Donuts, wouldn’t go back.

The staff member looked at the receipt and then walked away without a word. Another staff member walked up and asked if we would like to order and shecwas able to fix the overcharge. We got our order and the muffin was hard,there were 5 hashbrowns in the bag that was less than a third full. The coffee was undrinkable. To say this visit was a disappointment is an understatement.
