One day no ice will get a full cup of drink still amd the next time it'll get me a half cup, mind you it's always a large drink - matcha latte. When asked about it I'm told "oh that's how it comes with no ice, you only get a half of a cup"... not sure how ordering a large yields only half a cup. Shouldn't I only pay half for the drink? I truly prefer dunkin over starbucks but I can say every time I've gone to starbucks, my cup has been filled no matter the drink and no matter the lack of ice.

I pulled to the last window and no one would come to that one either. Then I went inside, and everyone ignored me and the other customers, including the two people were in the drive-through headsets.
