    Laurens County, GA. On Veterans Blvd Arby's "We got the beef." I went there at 7:30 pm 02/27/26. Drove up to get a $7.99 box and a Arby's roast beef. I went through drive thru. The lady came 9n the PA and the first words out of her mouth, guess? She said " Just to let you know, we are out of roast beef." I ask her to repeat herself. She said it again. I was like what. I mean Arby's without roast beef is like Chic Fil la without chicken. That is blatantly poor management and a horrible ran business.

    Messed up my order for the 3rd time. Ordered a deluxe burger and a crispy chicken sandwich. Got home and they gave me two burgers with bacon on them. It's a 15 min drive for me and I was significantly annoyed to not want to go back. The experience is just bad.

    As usual with all fast food drive thru. They screwed up my order did not get what I ordered. Got to my destination and went back to get the right one. Lucky I was a short distance away. The food was not great. If you are going to charge what they do at least have good customer service. Food all across the fast food business is going down. While prices are going up.
