  Walked in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Was greeted with a good morning? Young lady how can I help you. During my order she was texting on her phone. What the? Fries were cold but sandwich was sub warm. Her attention was her phone not us.

  We went through the drive through and requested more sauce. We ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches and told there was a limit on the amount of sauces. FIRST TIME EVER that has happened to us.

  Laurens County, GA. On Veterans Blvd Arby's "We got the beef." I went there at 7:30 pm 02/27/26. Drove up to get a $7.99 box and a Arby's roast beef. I went through drive thru. The lady came 9n the PA and the first words out of her mouth, guess? She said " Just to let you know, we are out of roast beef." I ask her to repeat herself. She said it again. I was like what. I mean Arby's without roast beef is like Chic Fil la without chicken. That is blatantly poor management and a horrible ran business. Update:Went today to Arby's on Veterans Blvd in Dublin Georgia. One person working, no customers inside, 3 cars in drive thru. We are third car, lady comes on mic. And says " I am sorry but not taking anymore orders thru drive thru." Now at what point is there mgr or asst mgr. Or a supervisor and other employees present on a busy Sunday at 1:30 pm This is the WORST run fast food ever run. If you want Arby's then go to exit 51 off I-16.
