  Place can be a hit or miss. Most of the time I think of it as a hit but this location does have imperfections that needs working on. Service could be better for example and more attentiveness is needed. The food should always be cooked to at least near where the customer is always able to enjoy a never frozen meat burger, hence the motto Wendy’s lives for and the fries and frosties including some certain burgers and chicken sandwiches are like what’s the only good thing about this fast food chain. But you can most definitely can not get wrong with their Chili it is the bomb everytime.

  At 11:23pm on March 13th, 2026 My fiance and I went to WENDY'S and we usually have great experiences here, but tonight was a major disappointment. The Interior was closed, and there was no line in the drive-thru, yet the employee on the intercom was rude and snapped at me to pull around to the second window, seeming totally frustrated that I was even there, just because I had joked with the AI for a moment. The slow, grumpy service was followed by cold, hard, over salted fries and a fish sandwich that was virtually inedible. My fiance had a number one the fries were oversalted also and it was like everything wasn't fresh. For $26.93, I expect much better from the store on Douglas Boulevard, no matter how long it's been open. Corporate needs to take a close look at the management, because this crew really dropped the ball tonight...... With all this sad they had an A1 crew here all night shift and they're gone these people were happy they would talk to the customers and they were very friendly and their customer service was awesome compared to tonight it don't compare.. Catherine was the name of the cashier and I'm not sure that this is the person that snapped me on the intercom but she was the one that actually served my food to me and took my credit card so I can't say that she was the one that was being rude but she did not look happy so pretty sure you know it's just that atmosphere at the place but needless to say until I see some familiar faces when I drive back up in into this Wendy's location I'm not going to get food from here if the night shift's not the same ones that they used have on this shift. With this sad like always I understand people have bad days and I came in joking around my fiance I was laughing and I asked the AI for a million dollars like twice and of course it had a crazy answer back it went from laughing to feeling like I'm in a boot camp getting yelled at by drill sergeant in a way And had the food not been this way you know I could have let the rudeness go but unecseptable..
