  Taco Bell in Douglasville. I’d like to recognize Supervisor Evans for outstanding leadership and exceptional customer service at Taco Bell. Evans consistently sets a positive tone for the team, leading by example with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. During my visit, Evans handled a busy shift with calm confidence, ensuring orders were accurate and customers were served promptly. What stood out most was the way Evans interacted with both staff and guests—respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented. It’s clear that the team works better and customers leave happier because of this strong leadership. Great supervisors make all the difference, and Evans is a perfect example of that. Taco Bell is fortunate to have such a dedicated and capable leader on their team. Her staff, Shaquita was also a rock star. Thanks

  They don’t listen some times I asked for a beef chalupa and nachos and cheese and they keep giving me chicken chalupa and cinnamon twist

  I don’t expect a 5 star dining experience from Taco Bell, but if you can’t understand basic direction or speak to your customers, you just shouldn’t be in business. Whatever cashier worked on Saturday morning at 1am shouldn’t have a job AT ALL, ANYWHERE. If you’re that miserable, crawl into a hole & hide. How hard is it to put sauce in the bag instead of staring at your customer blankly as if you seen a ghost & not saying a single word… I understand she is just a body at the window, but good god, I got a cat that could take her place

  Willie is the goat . I order online at the wrong location and I didn’t wanna go there and he made my order right there and it was so good thank you ❤️❤️❤️

  Placed a mobile order and when I got there it was missing. The girl took my receipt and asked if they had already made it and the guy looked at me and was like yeah we've already made it a homeless person probably took it.. Well I didn't get it! So it was remade and missing an item so I had to go BACK being 9 months pregnant with my toddler, and when I got home it turns out they didn't even give me the correct items! What a joke! Never eating here again.
