  I've visited dozens of Panera locations all over the country. Unfortunately no attention to detail was provided by the staff on my visit March 19, 2026. Sandwich customizations on my to-go order were completely ignored, as was the side item request. Even the verbal request for the sandwich to be sliced in half, acknowledged by the worker, was ignored. I was traveling across the state by car and didn't find these issues until after I was a few miles down the road, otherwise I'd have asked for the issues to be resolved. I wouldn't have posted this concern if it were only one issue, but all three make the situation unacceptable.

  The Harvest Meledy salad bowl was only half full for the price of full bowl. Same with You pick 2 deal. It was half sandwich. In the name if Fresh the prices have increased, the portion are halfed. Spent $25 and insufficient even for 1 person. Complete waste of Money. Not sure if this Panera or overall all Paneras are like this. Won't recommend, especially for vegetarian menu.

  This is your typical Panera. Good food as always. This location has a Drive thru, which is awesome. I still went inside though. It has the bakery section too. Otherwise a normal Panera with a nice layout. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wait time was normal and the facility was clean. Over all 5 stars!

  The staff seem miserable. They never smile, they’re rude when they take your order and have no pleasantries about them at all. Perhaps new management would help or being a bit more selective with customer facing employees.

  Panera is usually very great in every aspect... except for this location. Customer service was bad. Bathrooms dirty smelled like pee. I ordered a CHIPOTLE egg and AVACADO sandwich guess what? No Chipotle, no avacado. I went back and told them if I could get the Chipotle and avacado because it was not there. She made saw me and ignored me while she was talking to someone on the phone. She had her gloves on, she was touching food and holding her phone God knows where it has been right next to the food. I asked a second time and she didn't even apologize she just gave it to me. I said thank you and she didn't even bothered to say You welcome. I eat panera at least twice a week but trust me I will not come back to this location. Fayetteville , Newnan and Marietta are wonderful.
