  DO NOT go to this Mcdonalds. We sat in the curbside spot for over 30 minutes and they never came out then we went inside and walked right up to the counter and the lady never looked at us or asked if she could help us, and when we tried to cancel our order the app wouldn't let us. We ordered breakfast buy now breakfast is over.

  Not only did I have to sit in the Drive-Thru waiting area for 10 minutes for two drinks and then couldn't contact the store buy a phone so I had to go in employees were horrible

  2 days in a row that my order was incorrect. Have called 5 times and no answer I'm TOTALLY convinced that today's McDonald's, especially in Douglasville is just NOT for me. If ZERO stars was an option, it would have definitely been selected. #WASTEOFTIMEANDMONEY

  Worst customer service , I order something thru the mobile app , they told me to wait by the door for over 10 mins. No sorry . I counted 6 cats drive pass and my order wasn’t ready which I don’t get if I orders thru mobile which shouldn’t it be easier ?

  OMG!!!!!! This is the worst McDonald’s in Douglasville meaning the employees the children they have working there in the mornings. It’s always an excuse at this McDonald’s every morning, especially on 3/9/26 they’re so rude. They always have an excuse literally every morning. It’s the same excuse until They realize they said the same thing to you that day before and then they come up with a new excuse we can’t open the lobby. The machine is down as always something and they always at the window what they phones you don’t know what they doing with your card when you put it through the window or your phone and it’s been going on since September. The customer service in the morning is very very bad.
