Today was the second time I’ve walked out because of no one coming to serve me. The blonde lady that was there looked right at me and seemed to not want to help me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m by myself or what the reasoning is.

I approached the cashier and asked was my food ready. She informs me that my order never was processed. I get a refund and leave. No offer from employee to make the food, a free drink or otherwise. Very mediocre customer service and atmosphere. It wasn’t even busy. 1st and last time trying this place.

My husband asked specifically about some ingredients in his meal, and they gave him wrong info so he had to send his back. My bruschetta was soggy. Kids Alfredo tasted off, and the wings were just overdone. The waiter was friendly, but overall th experience was not good.
