Sweet, kind and patient team members BUT, they really need training on making the new frosty swirl desserts. It took a long time to get my order and it presented very poorly even when remade. I was disappointed. The team member in the blue shirt was working and doing well. The brunette mgr was a disappointment. She was moving worse than a regular team member. Wait times were disappointing.

Went into this Wendy’s Friday evening October 3 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the service at this restaurant. The young man taking orders at the front counter was above and beyond a professional. Made sure my order was perfectly right and was completely accommodating , polite, and respectful. The dining room area where we ate looked completely clean and well taken care of and the general service and atmosphere at this restaurant was great. I will definitely be coming back soon. I had to order through a machine, after several minutes I drove up to the window, explained to the customer service rep that I had to keep going over the order and if he can fix it. He corrected the order with a smile.
