  TERRIBLE! BOWL IS DISGUSTING. I’m genuinely concerned on how you can mess up a fruit bowl! AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE LIL SHORT GIRL AT THE REGISTER! HER ATTITUDE SUCKS! They did NOT wanna be at work today. THEN it took 30 minutes to get only 2 bowls! I highly recommend you guys to not spend your hard working coins HERE! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

  Just visited this place for the first time & will never return! Very bad energy from staff all in there like zombies. No warm greeting, the stare down like you are a bother, Terrible wait time. I have never in my life had to wait so long to get a smoothie bowl. Then just hand you the bag like a dog. My smoothie bowl was so sticky like someone made it with their eyes closed. I will never return here. I normally go to the location in Union City & the service there is 100 percent better the staff is very pleasant & kind & the wait time is less then 5 minutes I will never come back to the douglasville location.

  Very disappointed. I walked into this location and placed my smoothie order at 7:30 and by 7:45 it still wasn’t ready. The two young ladies working seemed unbothered and showed no sense of care. I ended up asking for a refund and going somewhere else. I’ll be contacting corporate because this experience was unacceptable. Service like this truly affects a business.
