In the past 5 years, I haven't been to a Taco Bell where the employees actually attend to their customers at the counter, and she was on top of it. Every person mattered, and she took very good care of me. She's a gem, and the kind of customer service she gives is rare, these days. Treat her well, and hold onto her if you can. Increase her bonus, or double the amount you were going to raise her on her yearly review. She deserves good things.

When I asked for napkins at the window, she threw them into my car without saying a word. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this so customers are treated with basic courtesy going forward.
