  This is the closest taco bell to me so I come here pretty often. Kid you not 9/10 times my order is wrong. Im not the type to put a business on blast or type a nasty review. I get it, fast food is stressful, things can get crazy. But when you're completely dead, little to no orders, and you mess up not 1 item but EVERY item on the order. Thats not a mistake. Thats negligence and lack of customer service/food safety. ONE OF THE BURRITO'S WAS LITERALLY SUPPOSED TO ME ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE. YOU WENT THROUGH MORE EFFORT TO BUILD IT INCORRECTLY THAN YOU WOULD HAVE TO MAKE IT THE WAY IT WAS ORDERED!! Yall need better staff or better training. None of this comes from hate. All of this stems from my patience running thin about my order being wrong every single time.

  There was long hair in my food from the workers and the food was expensive for such a small portion that’s disgusting

  The workers are never around, they are never aware when some someone is at the call box will have you waiting in the drive thru call box box for 10mins plus before you are noticed.

  Been a bunch of times. Yesterday they forgot my cheesy gord crunch and I didn’t figure it out until I was 15 minutes back home. I waited till I was over that way the following day and with the receipt they gave me one thru the drive thru without any issues.
