Quite literally one of the worst Taco Bells I get the luxury to go to on the regular. Was denied entrance despite the Doordash order I had to pick-up was literally stored AT the mobile pick-up section, but the guy that came to the door (despite it being 9:30 and their dine-in section supposed to be open), lets me know they aren't taking DoorDash orders, and yet there it is on my phone, I ask who the order is for and can I just get it to get on with my order, guy goes to "talk to the manager" Ms. Angel, of whom I guess tells him that "No, the dine-in area is open because the kitchen is too dirty, so they'll have to go through drive-thru." which is wrapped around the building, and hasn't moved in the 10 minutes it took for this entire exchange to take place. Every single Taco Bell I've had the luxury of having to pick-up from either doesn't care, half asses the job, and somehow always forgets the sauces even if I ask the 10x Diablos sauce request was fulfilled, and get a "Yep, it's in the bag" But I have never had some high school kid deny turning around and just picking up an already finished order, confirmed to MY CUSTOMER, to not do a simple bro move and help a homie out. Mind you it took 30 minutes for the person I was behind to even get to the window to get their food. Fast food, sometimes.

Wow, I really didn’t feel like writing a review today, but damn, this Taco Bell was so bad I had to take a minute to share the experience. First off, what a miserable bunch of the most lethargic people I’ve ever seen supposedly at work. The only exception was the woman at the drive-through, who seemed to be running on an overdose of 5-hour Energy. No matter their physical or mental condition, getting anyone’s attention was impossible, even for something as simple as a fork, which wasn’t provided with my food or available in the dining area. You won’t be greeted, and no one will bother to tell you that it’s mandatory (evidently) to use the dirty, frustrating self-order kiosk after standing at the counter for a few minutes. The whole place just gave off a bad feeling, from the lack of cleanliness to the zombie-like staff and the fact that I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge me. Eventually, I cut my losses, tossed my partly melted, cheese-topped Mexican pizza into the overflowing trash, and reminded myself that sometimes you have to lose a little money to remember that Taco Bell is rarely a good idea, and this location is proof of that.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR DINNER. AT 5 PM 2 DAYS AGO MY WIFE AND I WENT TO THE TACO BELL ON RIDGE ROAD IN DOUGLASVILLE GA. (PAULDING COUNTY) FOR DINNER. WHAT A MISTAKE. THE FOOD WAS DRIED OUT AND HAD NO TASTE. THE MEAT IN THE TACO WAS VERY DRY. THE PINTO BEANS WERE LIKE EATING A MIX OF CARDBOARD AND MODELING CLAY. ABOVIOUSLY THE FOOD WAS LEFT OVER FROM LUNCH. I WOULD GUESS THAT THE FOOD WAS INITIALLY PREPARED AROUND 11:30 AM MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. ENOUGH FOR ME TO NEVER GO TO ANY TACO BELL AGAIN.

Was informed that corporate will no longer allow the employees to take orders other than drive through. Do they want patrons to also make the food. Why provide a lobby and a dine in area? This is just crazy. I’m thinking that Taco Bell has become a Vending machine not a fast food restaurant .
