You have a staff that is horrendously rude from the moment I walked through the door because I mentioned the BOGO 1/2 off and with a nasty reply:" that's only for online orders and angry when I explained that I didn't want honey mustard on one of the footlongs. She was so angry that she decided not to put any condiments on either sandwich. Their prep area was filthy until I mentioned it and I don't know what rag she used to wipe down the area.
