When i got there, there was a sign saying “all paper coupons only apply to the following sandwiches.” There were only ten sandwiches on the list. I asked the lady who was taking my order if i was able to order the philly and she told me yes. The this dude who i am assuming is the manger comes up behind me and says “No, you can only get the sandwich from this list.” So i tell him, i want the philly and ive went to previous stores before and they have allowed me to get the philly. And i asked him how much it would be extra for the philly and he tells me that i wont be able to get the promotion if i get the philly. Overall i am very unsatisfied and disappointed in the service and the overall experience. Please do better.
