Showered up 30mins later to hear they were an hr behind due to staffing, which is the excuse they've been using for a yr now. Always something. They told us to come back and when we did so we were THEN told they gave our food away to someone else and now we have to wait for them to cook it fresh again. Are you kidding me? Complete trash service. They should be ashamed and really need new management. It's now 754pm, still waiting. Still no food. 2.5 hrs later

We got here during a rush hour but the manager (forgot her name) was very helpful and extremely kind to us. The atmosphere in the dining room was also very relaxing. We had to "withdraw" from the roller coaster motion "sickness" so staying here actually gave us a needed break. Overall, our group had a positive experience and I want to say thank you to the manager for making our experience fulfilled! 🙂👍

Mind you, I placed my order almost an hour earlier online. Well the manager Gary is was very rude and I told him about half of my order missing. He seemed to not care or even apologize.

This must be a struggling location. I shouldn't have to interrogate the cashier to make a purchase. Every person that came in to pickup an online order, had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When I finally got my order there was an item missing from the box. Luckily I was in there and didn't do delivery.
