  Cancelled my order without letting me know, then sat on hold for 10 minutes, no response….at least could have let me know so I could have ordered something else instead of waiting thing that they was just backed up.

  Love this place and the Pizza. Just next time please if I didn't ask for hair as a topping please don't include it that being said it was long enough to use as dental floss after eating my delicious pie. I wonder which one of the 8 employees on duty it came from considering nobody in the place was wearing a hair net it's kinda hard to tell. Usually if I want hair in my food I will call China garden but nice to know I now have options. All in all this is overall a solid take out spot and will remain my favorite. Service is fast and food is always hot and fresh if I get takeout. Anyone know what days Shaq works because I never see him there. #hairnets #hairinmyfood #wearahairnet #Shaqisasaint

  Placed order online, got the notification that it was ready & headed to store. Got there & the manager couldnt find my online order. Was told the power went out & that was the reason he couldnt find my order. I was then told to wait & he would remake my order. 2 mins later hes coming to the car to hand me a pizza. After remembering the full explanation the guy gave and giving it deep thought i realized my pizza was in the oven when the power went out & instead of making me a fresh pizza. He just popped mine back in the oven to warm it up then brought it out to me expeditiously with a smile. Can somebody say bad business. Havent been back since. I dont do takeout much & this is the reason why, CARELESS WORKERS on the payroll

  Ordered 2 pizzas and the new salted caramel blondie which was good. The one pizza i ordered was a spinach pizza with Alfredo sauce(which used to be the best). When I looked at it it didn't look like it had sauce or cheese, but the manager assured me that the spinach came out from under the cheese. Why put fresh spinach on top to burn in the oven? Anyway got home, and both pizzas were thinner that hand tossed and there was a drizzle of Alfredo sauce literally not getting on the whole pizza, and they're was absolutely no cheese. We all tried to see if we could pick any off of it and nope they're was none. I tried calling and was on hold for said manager for 20 minutes the whole time it took me to drive back up there. His answer was well there are people who actually like no cheese even though it's pizza. No sorry, no let me make another one for you, no let me give you something for your trouble. It was horrible.

  11/29/25. Papa John’s Hwy 5 Douglasville. Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out. They were confused and I had to wait 10 extra minutes for 1 of the 3. Got home and one pizza was totally wrong. Called several times and couldn’t get them to answer their phone to fix. Ordering call center couldn’t even get them to answer their phone. Gave up after 30+ minutes waiting for them to answer.
