- DDDrake4 days ago5.0This is your typical Panera. Good food as always. This location has a Drive thru, which is awesome. I still went inside though. It has the bakery section too. Otherwise a normal Panera with a nice layout. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wait time was normal and the facility was clean. Over all 5 stars!

I ordered a CHIPOTLE egg and AVACADO sandwich guess what? No Chipotle, no avacado. I went back and told them if I could get the Chipotle and avacado because it was not there. She made saw me and ignored me while she was talking to someone on the phone. She had her gloves on, she was touching food and holding her phone God knows where it has been right next to the food. I asked a second time and she didn't even apologize she just gave it to me. I said thank you and she didn't even bothered to say You welcome. I eat panera at least twice a week but trust me I will not come back to this location. Fayetteville , Newnan and Marietta are wonderful.
