  OMG!!!!!! This is the worst McDonald’s in Douglasville meaning the employees the children they have working there in the mornings. It’s always an excuse at this McDonald’s every morning, especially on 3/9/26 they’re so rude. They always have an excuse literally every morning. It’s the same excuse until They realize they said the same thing to you that day before and then they come up with a new excuse we can’t open the lobby. The machine is down as always something and they always at the window what they phones you don’t know what they doing with your card when you put it through the window or your phone and it’s been going on since September. The customer service in the morning is very very bad.

  They were very rude and took too long in the drive thru. We sat in the drive thru while they took long with other cars. When we got to the speaker, they told us breakfast was over and they were serving lunch. We sat in the line for breakfast.
