The worse experience ever. I ordered via drive thru. The order took forever. I asked to order hot cakes and sausage well done. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal but sub the sausage for children. The response" we ain't got that". She then said hold on. After a few minutes returns back and says I have to ring everything up individually. Hmmmmm that's gonna be much higher. She tells me to drive to the window. At the first window there was no one there then while waiting in line the cashier appeared. I paid and then proceed to pickup window. The young lady asked what my drink was i said 2 large sweet teas no ice. She handed it to me and said thank you. I said I have food also. I tasted the sweet tea, which was not. I asked if I could change the drinks because the tea needs to be checked by the team. Please give me 2 large sprites no ice. She fixes the drink, as she hands me the cup I noticed the ice. I said they shouldn't have ice. She then has to remake. The She hands my the food bag. And of course the meal is incorrect. I told her ans showed the sandwich which was done incorrectly. She takes it and then asked me to pull up to the trashcan. After minutes of waiting outside a gentleman walked up to my car and asks me if I ordered a chicken biscuit. I said no. I ordered a chicken mcgriddle meal with egg and cheese. He then walks across the parking lot to the 2 waiting vehicles at the drive thru spots. He finds out that it was not their bag, he walks back into the store, a few minutes later he reappears and says it's yours. I immediately open it. What did I see. A plan chicken with mcgriddle. Very disappointing. So I get out of my car and go to the counter. I asked the drive thru attendant for the manager. She she's " this man wants to talk to you". Once the inside cashier finishes with her customer she asks if she can help me. I told her I asked for a manager and would like for a refund. The lady reviews the receipt and proceed to the cashier. No apology, no make it right, no anything for the inconvenience. So then she individually refunds back chicken mcgriddle, cheese and egg. I'm like where is the courtesy. So now I have to eat a cold hash brown and Sprite. No courtesy, no professionalism, no customer service. I live 3 streets over from this location and will drive almost 3 miles to the other location. But fast food is no longer fast food, customer service is worst, and price is not worth product.

This was my worst ever experience with a McDonald's. Ordered a hamburger kids meal. The hamburger was dried out, the bun hard as a rock and it had MAYO and a tiny tomato on it. NO, I didn't order this. The mayo was overflowing and had mayo all over the wrapper. We were told there was no unsweetened tea. Then we were told yes there was. Then the manager gave us water and priced it as tea. Don't come here if you want McDonald's normal food and service.

My food sitting up there for 40 minutes. I ordered curbside pickup and it was just sitting in the front the whole time. I ordered ahead just so I wouldn’t go through the same stuff they always do, but yet again y’all prove to me y’all can’t even have basic customer service. It wasn’t until I kept staring down the manager that she finally came up front to give me my food. Now if I wasn’t raised right, it would be wrong if I go behind the counter and get my food right? Oh igh. Throw the whole restaurant away cause clearly y’all didn’t learn the first time when y’all gave me a mcribbigmac and yes they put Big Mac sauce, lettuce, and a Big Mac bun on my mcrib. Did I ask for that? No I did not but yet here we are again. I know y’all gonna delete my comment like y’all did last time. So again, throw this locally restaurant away.

Patronizing this McDonald’s Is done for me it’s just the way how they’re so condescending. The line is extremely long. Your orders are always wrong. They act like they want to help. I gotta come out of my car to go to the kiosk to order my own stuff so it’s correct and end up spending $13 for two sandwiches. One sandwich I did not even want at all -Communication in America is Is terrible. Comprehension levels, poorer. You knew nobody care.

I had a very unfortunate experience in this location.... the morning manager is a very nice beautiful and helpful young lady concerning the volume of business at this location....
One morning while doordashing I was unable to pronounce the name on the order, when I approached the counter the older black lady was standing near after trying to get her to acknowledge me I got her attention and was spelling the name to her and trying to show her my phone with the name of the customer she began getting frustrated and just walked off on me in a very rude in disrespectful manner.
