  I ordered a large meal from this place twice and some how they kept giving me a medium drink. I thought large meal meet a large drink to but I guess not

  I ordered two sandwiches and only got one. I tried to call the store long before they closed and no one answered.

  By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, if they aren’t forgetting things in your order it’s the disgustingly rude people that work there. Very unprofessional a worker was cursing and all at a customer. Just disgusting. I told my family and friends to never go to that McDonald’s. The management needs to have better training and don’t just hire anyone.

  One block away a billboard advertising 2 b/fast sandwiches for $2.99. So I pulled in, walk to the nearest entry door & it was locked, so I walked around the building to another entry. Kiosk ordering was evidently all they want customers to use but not all worked & NO $2.99 deals popped up at all. So I stood in front of the regular ordering registers where 3 different indifferent ladies looked at me but ignored my presence & all walked away, back into the food prep area. Another customer lost.

  If I could’ve given this location ZERO stars, I definitely would have. I’m already not a McDonald’s eater on a regular but I wanted to try the new grinch meal for the pickle flavored seasoning so I figured we’d have McDonalds for dinner this one time. This location was the ABSOLUTE WORST place I could’ve chosen to order from. All the workers and management seemed to be very young so there was quite a bit of horsing around although the line was wrapped around the building….the person who took my order was very young, non attentive, and slightly rude. On top of, all 3 orders (we ordered 3 different meals) fries were undercooked AND cold - the chicken in the wraps was cold - and so were my nuggets in the grinch meal! We literally spent $30, didn’t eat our food, and had to go somewhere else to order more food! I tried calling the location multiple times only to get an operator message saying their number isn’t in service. It’s the next morning and I’m literally on my way back there with most of our food in hand, to request atleast a partial refund! This is absolutely ridiculous and evidence as to why I don’t eat there….i literally only went this one time in yearrrrsss for the grinch meal which I probably would’ve really enjoyed had I been able to add my seasoning to hot fries or even a nugget!
