  Employees Are very Friendly and Quick service and Always working. I Prefer Chapel Hills McDonald's due to the Fact They Always Have everything working and Have no Issues making Frappes. Hwy5 doesn't do that and Are pretty slow nothing compared to Chapel Hills McDonald's

  Came here yesterday to try their new limited time burger ‘Big Arch’ and I ended up with the worst stomachache I’ve had in years. Everything appeared fine with the burger and it was good, but my experience after eating it wasn’t great so take that how you will. Could’ve just been a one time thing, but I rarely eat McDonald’s and for safety reasons you should be cautious especially if you have children or a sensitive stomach.

  The cashier seemed to have a attitude, okay it’s early in the morning but if your going to work in an environment where you work with people on a daily it would be nice to put a smile on even if it’s fake ..

  Ordered through the drive through at 10:16 pm and was asked to pull up and they would bring out my food. Fast forward to 10:45, it is apparent that my order was either forgotten or given to someone else. After banging on the door for 5 mins and being ignored, the food comes out - 3 of 3 burgers were all either hard & dry or thrown together with the beef patties falling apart. Don’t bother putting the customer care link under this review. I’ve already submitted it and they didn’t do anything but say sorry and “we’ll send this to the location”.

  The managers here must hate their lives. Everytime I shop here it looks like everyone wants to kill themselves. They all look completely uninterested that you're there. Like you're a bother to their chill time. Tonight they made me wait over 10 min then tried to have me pull forward. Ive already waited whyndo I need to wait some more. The manager would rather give me bavk my money then make me a happy customer. This happened on 2.16.2026 at 10pm.
