Horrible experience two weeks in a row, both times missing items and they blame the delivery person, do not offer a refund or replace items on delivery, they only offer future credit, manager hangs up on you, I will never order again from here, the food is good but doesn’t matter if if they won’t send it

My friend and I decided to grab a bite here last night (Nov 15). The garlic knots, while having a good flavor, were doughy and dense. The bruschetta dip had thick slices of a hard to melt cheese placed on top of halved, oblong tomatoes over a generous layer of ricotta cheese. It (the dip) was served with fried crispy flatbread that was cut into triangles; the ones that weren’t super greasy were pretty good with a nice crunch.
I ordered a veggie calzone. I was told by our server, Courtney, that it would be cut into three pieces. It was not, but I wish it had been. It may have allowed some of the moisture to escape before it was served to me. The bulk of the green and black olives were concentrated heavily in the middle and one side of the dish. And I guess they didn’t drain them before putting them in the dough because it was so soggy on one side, the “crust” fell apart when I tried to pick it up. The one piece of it I could actually pick up and eat normally was doughy and dense just like the garlic knots. I ordered the “drunk witch” from the fall drink list with the encouragement of our server. It tasted like Act mouthwash. I told Courtney I didn’t like it. She said the regular bartender wasn’t there, so the owner made it. She took the drink and returned a couple minutes later apologizing and saying she didn’t know the owner has “no refunds or exchanges on drinks” policy (though later she told us the owner had “cursed out a old couple because they told him they didn’t like their drinks” and wouldn’t give them new drinks or their money back). It’s worth noting that it’s not written/posted anywhere that I noticed.
My friend ordered wings and a flatbread pizza. The wings were edible, yet almost completely devoid of any flavor. The flatbread pizza arrived so long after the rest of the food, we nearly forgot about it and just took it to go.
Overall, the food was sorely disappointing. I would recommend going elsewhere. We didn’t even want to take our leftovers and there was PLENTY left over. (See photos. Napkin on plate was to soak up liquid. I used a FEW.)

Food that we got was good, garlic knots and meat pizza medium, from seat down to food (and we didn't know what we wanted, since we never eaten here) toke about 30 minutes in dinning room. Server was nice and friendly only reason i gave what I did By 740 I still not have my flat bread pizza I ordered. I just canceled my pizza I wanted to try. In that 40 minutes a man was very loud about a pizza he ordered through uber eats (we heard him across restaurant) he was trying to get other customers to get upset and load too, these made me very nervous, I worry about folks like that and guns, also in that time I seen a Small dog (with out a service harness) walk in with a customer never seen the leave, but may have out another door. Inside is okay needs some tlc Even with the offer of free knots for a 5 star review I could not honestly do that because of the all the bad, and I don't think I would recommend these place.

I walked in and the sign said to sit myself.
I sat near the sign close to the door where there were other tables sitting.
The one server I saw working looked at me and then kept doing other things like dropping off a check and Togo boxes to 2 different tables.
The other people were behind the counter standing there not doing anything.
One lady walked out towards the tables then turned right back around.
I also did not see any clear signage for the restrooms or menus for the table.
I waited a bit then left.
